II. Limitation of Liability

If there is any internal fault from the gearbox, such as a synchromesh or bearing fault. When the gearbox is decoupled from the clutch, After reassembly the fault may become apparent, such as crunchy gears or whirring noise while driving.

  1. Engine Fault

Working on the gearbox side of the vehicle is completely separate from the engine side of the vehicle,

Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any engine fault that may arise coincidentally upon completion.

  1. Axle Stand and lifting Jacks

Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd is a mobile business, and our lifting equipment differs from garage ramps.

We use a professional jack to lift the vehicle

Axle stands are used to support the main load of the vehicle from the chassis, Further stands are used for safety on the outer sills,

We take the utmost care during this process. However this can sometimes leave signs of imprint,

Using our service puts you in agreement on this term

  1. Labour Cost

Once booked and deposit has been paid we are therefore in agreement that our contractual labour cost for the day will be met.

If we turn up and the fault is not clutch-related and you wish to cancel the work, full labour cost will apply minus the cost for parts,

If we turn up and repair requirements are not met as outlined in formal quotation and booking requirements, full labour cost will apply minus the cost for parts.

If we turn up and you are not present as agreed on repair slot time and date, full labour cost will apply minus the cost for parts.

Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd will pursue the correct avenues for this agreement to be met.

  1. Warranty

In the unlikely event there is a part malfunction within the warranty period,

As agreed in the formal quotation and booking agreement warranty applies to parts supplied only, further labour cost will be incurred.

Waiting time for rectification is within six weeks, as that is our booking list time.

Labour warranty is within 30 days of date repair was carried out. And does not cover related or unrelated components malfunction or failed components due to prior wear and tear be it coincidental or not.

labour warranty only covers proven incorrect disassembly and re assembly procedure excluding individual components torque settings as this is achieved by expertise of labour and calibrated power tools.

III. Clutch Fitting Services

  1. Scope of Services

Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd is a clutch fitting business only.

We do not give diagnostic advice or fault find prior to carrying out the part replacement.

We only fit the parts we are contracted to as per quotation and booking agreement.

If there is any underlying fault or non related clutch fault upon completion Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd cannot be held responsible for rectifying it.

  1. Diagnostic Responsibility

Before booking, We advise that you have carried out your own diagnostic through other avenues available and that the fault is clutch related.

Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd is therefore exempt from this process.

IV. Customer Responsibility

  1. Driveway Protection

We have all the correct materials  and take the utmost care to protect the driveway or repair location,

sometimes debris and dirt including transmission fluid may get past the protective floor coverings and may leave residue on the designated repair location upon completion.

Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd will be therefore exempted in being pursed in the cleaning of the designated repair location.

  1. Inspection

Directly upon repair completion;

It is customer’s responsibility to check everything is in full working order and to satisfaction to include road test.

It is customer’s responsibility to check vehicle is in satisfactory condition as prior to repair.

Once repair has been completed and vehicle has been tested and checked;

Keys will be handed over with paper work and at this point forward Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd is not responsible a for any further clarification.

V. Agreement

By booking with Williams Mobile Mechanic Ltd, You automatically agree with these outlined terms in the disclaimer.

VI. Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, So please review it frequently.

If we make changes to these terms and conditions within your agreed booking time we will notify you here or by email.

VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom

VIII. Right to Cancel

We have the right to cancel any repair for any unforeseen circumstance. And the full repair deposit will be reimbursed.
